New Low-Fat Chocolate Which Contain 60% Water

Many people especially women and children like eating chocolates. Candy, cake, bar, and everything made from chocolates are favorites. But people don’t want to be fat at the same time. Moreover today, when obesity becomes a serious problem for all ages, chocolate sometime should be kept away.

Recently, good news comes to make chocoholics happy! Scientists of University of Birmingham create low- fat chocolate bar. It sound like too good to be true right?

Researchers have revealed they have created a low-fat chocolate which is 60 per cent water - and they are insisting it tastes just as good as a normal bar.

The breakthrough involves replacing fat in foods with calorie-free substances such as water, air or gel. The low-fat chocolate bar, which melts at 32-34C, was created by bonding water particles with crystals of cocoa butter.

And a similar technique is being used to lower salt content in foods by up to 80 per cent.

The research now still in process. And if it is successful, the scientist will also do the same with mayonnaise and porridge. They will create a super porridge that will make us full for up to six hours. Those are really good news for everyone who in tight diet.

In the last, the new discoveries hoped can decrease obesity number in Britain the world generally. As we know that obesity is close with some problems like heart disease and diabetes mellitus.
