Keep Out Butter from Your Breakfast

Many people are very friendly with butter. Almost every day they consume it in their breakfast such as with a slice of bread or in sausage cooked with butter. Butter also used in cake and snacks. Recently, doctors in England suggest that butter was banned. Based products were accused of fat as fuel accumulated bad fats in the body.

The reason is butter comes from animal fat or milk composition up to 80-82 percent and then added other ingredients such as water, salt and milk solids. Ingredients high in saturated fat associated with high cholesterol levels. Margarine made from vegetable fat and additives such as skim milk powder, water, salt. Margarine has less fat content but the water a lot.
Of course people who are dieting should concern about it.
